With bright, modern, pop-art and geometric patterns, Busayo’s African traditional fabrics are more ‘fashion’ than ‘ethnic’.  Her designs combine hand-crafted fabrics printed using age-old traditional methods and dying techniques with simple, chic, stylish cuts that are perfect for the sophisticated, city-dwelling woman going about town.    Based in New York, Busayo actively contributes to creating local jobs and preserving traditional crafting methods by entirely manufacturing her line in native Nigeria.  Busayo is a welcomed addition to any urban globe-trotter’s closet, and a new reminder of the global village we live in…
